This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with ELAVENNE, operated by LYRENIONIS LLC.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, or carrier transit time.

Shipping methods and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, charges, and any estimated delivery time are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by the carrier, customs, weather, public holidays, an incorrect address, or events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information provided with the order. Tracking updates are supplied by the carrier.

Delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries

Email brightenoenardi@outlook.com with your order number and relevant photos or tracking details. Please retain the product, packaging, and shipping label while the request is reviewed.

Returns

Returns are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Do not send a return without prior authorization.
